She is tiny, bubbly and cute, and he smiles every time he looks at her. Mackenzie and Carols are High School sweethearts, and couldn’t be any more adorable. From the first day I met them, I knew that I was meant to be their photographer. (Haha, maybe that’s weird, but it happened!) Their love is so beautiful and just plain HAPPY and I knew that I needed to help capture their special day.
Mackenzie told me “I feel like my life is a gushy part in a movie!” I wanted to help capture that feeling in their engagement session. So, armed with 100% DEET and boots, (well, I was wearing boots anyway:) we headed to the lake on a perfect summer evening. And it was a mid-summer’s night dream of a session… I adore every single photo and had the hardest time narrowing them down. Enjoy! xoxo
